FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining the number of glomerules on histologic cadaver kidney preparation in ten microscope vision fields. Mean number of glomerules is counted in one vision field. The value being greater than 14, lethal hypoxia duration is considered to be equal to or less than 25 min. The value being equal to or less than 14, lethal hypoxia duration is considered to be greater than 25 min.
EFFECT: high accuracy of accelerated measurement method.
