FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of predicting heart activity disadaptation in children after cardiosurgical correction of congenital heart disease, which includes blood serum analysis and determination of troponin-T level and activity of myocardial isoform of creatinphosphokinase, characterised by the following: 5-7 days before operation troponin-T level and activity of myocardial isoform of creatinphosphokinase in blood serum are determined, and if troponin-T level increases from 9 to 13 ng/ml and activity of myocardial isoform of creatinphosphokinase increases from 0.35 to 0.38 mccat/l, expressed disadaptation of heart activity in early terms of post-operation period is predicted, and if value of troponin-T level is from 1.6 to 6.0 ng/ml and activity of myocardial isoform of creatinphosphokinase is from 0.082 to 0.11 mccat/l, moderate disadaptation of heart activity at early terms of post-operation period is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of predicting heart disease disadaptation in children with congenital heart disease at early terms after cardiosurgical correction.
