FIELD: heat-exchange apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger comprises frame with fan and drive and heat-exchange unit with two collectors and bank of heat-exchanging pipes between them. The heat-exchanging pipes are interconnected via the perforated plates for passing the pipes through them and are mounted for permitting interchange along the length of the bank and locking the position by means of U-shaped spacers interposed between the plates from both sides of the bank and connected with the plates. The U-shaped spacers have the same length and width and are perforated.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and reduced cost.
