FIELD: food processing industry; other industries; development and production of the automatic packing machines.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of engineering bound to the development and application of the automatic packing machines with the vertical feeding of the products for packaging into the polymeric thermoplastic film by creation of plastic packets, namely to the methods of their sealing at packaging of the bulk and the liquid products. The method provides for formation of the traversing section for making a seam, compression of the packet on this section up to the packet internal walls touch each other, the force action on the material of the packet before the rise of the temperature sufficient for creation of a seam. Creation of the traversing section for making the seam realize by two surfaces - of a pressing plate and the ultrasonic oscillations device operation component. The forced action on the material of the packet is exercised by the ultrasonic oscillations with the frequency of 22-44 kHz and the amplitude from 20 up to 150 microns depending on the depth of the material of the packet before its transformation into the viscoplastic state. Register the parameter of the ultrasonic action describing the degree of the material transformation into the viscoplastic state. According to the value of this parameter determine the time interval necessary for formation of the hermetic seam. Then the ultrasonic vibration device is moved in the direction to the pressing plate till formation of a clearance, the value of which make equal to the depth of the film of the packet. Reduce the ultrasonic action and hold the connected surfaces without lowering the pressure force in the compressed state till the material transformation from the viscoplastic state into the solid state and stabilization of the sealing seam. The invention ensures the tightness of the packet for different products and the possibility to control the process.
