FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engines with rotating cylinder block. According to invention, engine contains one cylinder block with opposite arrangement of pistons secured on common rod. Axis of rotation of cylinder block is displaced from axis of rotation of crankshaft by radius of crank. Space of each cylinder is divided by corresponding piston into working and pressure chambers communicating through bypass channels. Two distributors engaging with walls of cylinder block are arranged at both sides from cylinder block. One of distributors accommodates intake channel communicating with pressure chambers through ports in wall of cylinder block, and second distributor is furnished with outlet channel. Fuel feed nozzles are arranged on cylinder block, being coupled with electronic circuit of engine by means of sliding contact plates and current collectors arranged on rotating and non-rotating members of engine. Fuel channels communicate through spaces made in rotating joint of cylinder block and stator.
EFFECT: fuel losses at operation of engine.
