FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves withdrawing injured segment of large intestine. Adductor intestine segment is brought out over the anterior abdominal wall as colostomy. Compression devices are placed on segments under anastomosis. The segments are juxtaposed by means of compression devices manufactured from material possessing shape memory properties. Lateral wall of proximal segment is cut and distal segment is circularly treated without violating their mucous membrane integrity after having selected the intestinal segments. The intestine segments are intermated with extramucous sutures.
EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications.
