FIELD: environmental protection; methods of synthesizing of the oxidizing agent and its applications.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of environmental protection, in particular, to the method of synthesizing of the oxidizing agent and its applications. The method of synthesizing of the oxidizing agent may be used at purification of the potable water, waste waters and the groundwater run-offs in the vicinity of the place of development of ferrate. In the commixing chamber (103) mix the saliferous water solution with the oxidizing agent fed from the first and the second tanks 101. Obtain the first mixture and feed it into the reaction chamber 105 adapted for collection and holding of the first mixture up to the time, when the concentration of ferrate will reach the preset level. Ferrate is produced in the reaction chamber 105 continuously. At least, a part of the produced ferrate is delivered to the place of its utilization, which is located near to the reaction chamber 105. The commixing chamber 103 contains the temperature control device and the valve 111 of the flow control. The reaction chamber 105 has the controlled outlet aperture 115. At the contact of ferrate with the water mixture on the place of utilization at least a part of the impurities is oxidized or coagulated. The method and the device are simple, safe, low-cost, do not pollute the surrounding medium.
EFFECT: the invention ensures qualitative purification of the potable water, waste waters and the groundwater run-offs in the vicinity of the place of development of ferrate, as well as simplicity of the method and the device, safety and low cost of the process, absence of pollution of the surrounding medium.
