FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: continuous formation of iron oxide and sodium peroxide mixture with weight ratio 1:1.5-1:2.5, mixture heating to temperature 400-550°C and formation of sodium ferrate, which contains ions of hexavalent iron, are carried out. As source of iron oxide, iron minium, which contains not less than 85% Fe2O3 is used Initial ingredients are fed for mixture formation to mixer for dry substances. Obtained mixture in open way is supplied on reactor transport belt, continuously going through heating chamber and joined with it cooling chamber. In heating chamber mass of ferrates is formed from initial mixture and oxygen is released, and in cooling chamber sinter mass of ferrates is cooled to 150-250°C and is supplied to crusher, on whose outlet powder with particle size 0.5-3.0 mm is obtained, which is packed hermetically at temperature not less than 100°C. Also suggested is device for oxidant obtaining.

EFFECT: cheap, environmentally safe oxidant, which preserves activity for long time

in solid state in form of powder and in form of water solution.
