FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of determining the human stomach content on environmental fragments within forensic medical examination involves wetting of the environmental fragment with an exterior biological contamination, by a hydrochloric acid solution, coating the wetted fragment surface by a light-struck and developed X-ray film, keeping the film on the fragment surface for 2 hours at temperature 36-37°C, removing the film from the fragment surface to be washed with cold water, and if observing light spots on the X-ray, the presence of the stomach content on the environmental fragments. It is preferentially that the environmental fragment to be wetted is sized ~6x3 cm, while the fragment is wetted by 0.1 H hydrochloric acid solution.
EFFECT: method simplifies determining the stomach contents on the environmental objects.
