FIELD: electromagnetic methods for finding and identifying pipelines, positioned below the ground.
SUBSTANCE: to find pipeline of synthetic materials, reinforced by metallic wire, made in form of separate sections, reinforcing wire of which is electrically isolated, by inducing method electromagnetic oscillations are created in pipeline, with alternating frequency by swaying method within frequencies range, appropriate for pass band of oscillating contour of reinforcing wire. Detection of pipeline is completed on receipt of response signal at frequency of electromagnetic resonance of oscillating contour of reinforced wire, determined during measuring of amplitude-frequency characteristic by the receiver.
EFFECT: simplified finding and identification of pipelines, lower costs due to use of cheap and mobile equipment.
