SUBSTANCE: proposed cleaning device has brush part including weldable sheet with many cutting lines and many strips formed between adjacent cutting lines and layer of fiber bundle including weldable fibers. This layer of fiber bundle is welded with weldable sheet, thus forming brush part and holding zone into which holder is inserted; this brush part consists of said strips and fibers of said fiber bundle. Specification gives one more version.
EFFECT: enhanced dust arresting.
