FIELD: poultry-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in production of canned food for dietetic alimentation of children under conditions associated with iodine deficiency. The canned product contains protein and fat components, natural source of biologically active iodine compositions (sea kale), salt and water. Used as protein components canned food contain chicken meat of mechanical deboning and isolated soya protein or dry fat-free milk. Besides, canned food contain oat flakes or rice grits, marrow squashes, common onion, hen melted fat.
