SUBSTANCE: method involves forming frikkadels from mass containing blanched rice, frozen fresh cabbage, quince, fish farce, bulb onion, garlic, semolina, eggs, salt, sugar, dried milk, chick-pea flour, black bitter pepper, sweet pepper, red hot pepper, nutmeg, clove and sweet red pepper puree; packing frikkadels together with laurel leaf and media including fish soup, gelatin, salt and black bitter pepper; pressurizing and sterilizing ready product.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of base product.
