FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting indications for revascularization of right-hand coronary artery. For this purpose one should evaluate myocardial viability of left ventricle, detect the value of vasomotor component of cardiopulmonary baroreflex (CPBR) and in case of viable myocardium in area of posterior-inferior wall of left ventricle and at decreased CPBR by more than 4 times against the norm one should consider revascularization of right-hand coronary artery to be useful. The innovation is of high specificity without application of expensive equipment.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
