FIELD: medicine, cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: before operation one should fulfill a single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) to determine the level of radiopharmpreparation (RPP) accumulation both at loading and at rest. Then it is necessary to evaluate quantitative and qualitative values of myocardial perfusion. At registering a transient defect of perfusion in anterior-septal area at average value of RPP accumulation at rest being 26.6±5.0% and at loading - 68.4±5.0% or constantly transient defect of myocardial perfusion at average value at rest being 25.8±3.6% and at loading - 61.3±6.1% one should establish positive result of mammarocoronary shunting (MCS). At registering a stable defect of perfusion in this area at average value at rest being 8.5±0.7% and at loading - 57.6±6.9% one should state upon negative result of the operation conducted. The innovation enables to increase accuracy in detecting the indications for MCS of anterior interventricular artery in patients with ICD at multivascular lesion of coronary arteries.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
