FIELD: medicine, surgical stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: one should dissect the upper wall of ranula, dry the cavity, apply nonhygroscopic material onto internal cavitary surface to be sutured along the whole circumference of wound surface and in area of its bottom, for 10-14 d. The innovation enables to prevent premature adhesion of wound's edges, provide epithelization of wound surface in due time and prevent the relapses.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
