SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with developing a groove of 0.5 mm depth or width at root' basis around artificial stump and retention sites at its surface followed by fixation of reinforcing netting-stump carcass developed out of metal gilded netting in accordance to the shape of stump's surface, and restoration of dental crown part with composite materials after additional fixation of netting-stump carcass with stump-embracing and twisted wire out of the same netting, and occlusion reduction. Restored crown part from the side of masticatory surface should be additionally prepared for the depth of 1-2 mm being below the level of carcass' masticatory surface, at keeping oral and vestibular walls of tubercles of 1 mm thickness by forming a cup-shaped cavity, and cavitary surface including the walls of tubercles, to additionally reinforce with the help of reinforcing tubercular-masticatory netting carcass developed out of the same netting, and certain composite materials and finally restore masticatory dental surface in accordance with its anatomical shape. The innovation provides remained artificial stump for repeated dental restoration with composite materials.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of repeated restoration.
