FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material grinders. Mixing grinder comprises vertical columns with sliders mounted at the bed, rectangular frame supporting three grinding chambers and articulated with said sliders and camshaft. Sid shaft runs in bearing struts and is provided with two counterweights arranged at its sides. Additionally, it comprises hollow shaft fitted in extra inner supports and engaged with camshaft. Said extra shaft is furnished with axially symmetric carrier with two guides supporting additional counterweight. Said counterweight has central bore with nut fitted therein to interact with lead screw engaged with differential pinion. Differential left and right gears are engaged with axles fitted inside extra shaft to engage with electromagnetic brake couplings by their ends. Grinder is equipped with ACS including programmable controller.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower power consumption.
