FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for automatic vibration suppression of the grinding-mixing equipment including bedplate 1, vertical columns 2 with slide blocks 3, rectangular frame 4 with chambers 5, connected with slide blocks 3 and eccentric shaft 9 equipped from two sides with counterweights 10, it contains additional shaft 11 linked with the eccentric shaft 9. Additional shaft 11 is equipped with carrier 13 with two guides 14 carrying the additional counterweight 15 interacting with satellite gear of the differential gear, its left and right tooth-wheels are connected with semi-shafts 17 connected with outputs of two brake solenoid couplings 19, 20. The electric outputs of the couplings 19, 20 are connected with outputs of the first 22 and second 23 converting amplifiers, respectively, being part of the direct circuit of the main position control channel of the additional counterweight 15 and connected by their inputs via I/O module with the first and the second outputs of the programmable controller 24. The device contains two additional control channels. Input of the first additional channel with control as per "open" principle of the rotation speed of the eccentric shaft 9 is connected with the third output of the controller 24 and in contains connected in series third amplifier-converter 27, third actuator 28 connected with the eccentric shaft 9. Input of the second additional control channel of the grinding-mixing equipment loading is connected with the forth output of the controller 24 and contains in the direct circuit the connected in series forth amplifier-converter 29, forth actuator 30 and second control element 31. At that the feedback circuit contains the connected in series material weight transmitter 32 at output of the grinding-mixing equipment and with second normalising converter 33, its output is connected with the second input of the controller 24 connected by its first input with feedback circuit output of the main position control channel of the additional counterweight 15 including the connected in series position transmitter of the additional counterweight and first normalising converter 26. According to the method the vibration suppression is performed under the "open" principle by the controller 24, database in its memory specifies surface of static equipment characteristics in form of vibration level dependence on chambers loading coefficient and position of the additional counterweight under different fixed speeds of rotation of the eccentric shaft 9. The current position of work point on surface of the static characteristics is determined, compared with position of point corresponding to minimum vibration, and the control action is generated with positive or negative sign supplied after amplification to the first or second brake solenoid couplings, their action results in movement of the additional counterweight facilitating the vibration suppression.
EFFECT: improved quality of ground material and increased service life of assemblies and parts of the grinding-mixing equipment.
