FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, construction, chemical industry, generating or using grinding-mixing units with automatic balancing devices. Automatic vibration suppression device comprises mixing unit, including foundation 1, rigidly fixed on it vertical columns 2 with sliders 3, frame 4 supporting three grinding chambers 5 and articulated with sliders 3 and eccentric shaft 9. Additional hollow shaft 11 is installed in inner supports 12, kinematically connected with eccentric shaft 9 via idle gear. Vibration sensor 32 mounted on one of internal supports 12 is connected with programmable controller by its input through input module 25. At that, device comprises two-position relay element 24, material loading 34 and unloading 35 sensors and loading cycle 31 start button. Start-up button 31 is connected with controller through input module and simultaneously with series-connected logic “NO” element 30, two T-triggers 28, 29 and RS-trigger 27, connected by its output to logic “AND“ element 26 first input, which second input is connected to controller first output by output module 25. “AND” element 26 output is connected to two-position relay element 24 control winding, which contacts are connected to controller second and third outputs through output module 25, and two-position relay element 24 output is connected with electric inputs of two electromagnetic couplings through amplifier-converter devices unit 23. Loading sensor 34 output is connected to mass comparator 33 first input and unloading sensor 35 output to its second input, wherein comparator 33 output is connected to controller second input using input module 25. Method of automatic vibration suppression, based on information of vibration value and providing switching on an electromagnetic coupling in compliance with algorithm and extra counterweight displacement consists in fact that vibration suppression is performed due to combined movement establishing to its extremum, combining training extremum search and extreme static characteristics programmed movement along drift path. Characteristic is obtained by training on first cycle of grinding process. Training extremum search is performed by extremum storing method, whereby vibration values and control actions integrated values are simultaneously recorded, from which static characteristic drift speed at the end of first cycle is determined. At next cycles, performed by programmed motion at a rate defined at first cycle, in case of vibration exceeding within specified dead zone compared to similar value obtained at first cycle, performing of prospecting search system incidental switching on three search motions with last movement, equal by time to half previous one movement.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of vibration suppression.
