FIELD: highway engineering; methods of preparation of the hot bituminous concrete mixtures for highways building.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the highway engineering and may be used at preparation of the hot bituminous concrete mixture for highways construction. The purpose of the invention consists in conservation of the quality of the bitumen in the hot working cauldron at preparation of the bituminous concrete mixtures. The substance of the invention consist in the fact, that the method of scooping of the bitumen from the working cauldron at preparation of the bituminous concrete mixture at the bituminous-concrete plant is exercised in each working cycle of the preparation of the bituminous concrete mixture from the working cauldron through the intake branch-pipe by the continuously operating bituminous pump, the outlet of which is connected through the main three-way valve either to the bituminous batcher in the period of batching or to the return bituminous pipeline in the period of return of the bitumen into the working cauldron. At that between the intake branch-pipe and the inlet of the bituminous pump insert the additional three-way valve for its first inlet for the scooping of the bitumen in the period of batching through the intake branch-pipe, and the scooping of bitumen in the period of its return into the working cauldron is exercised through the intake branch-pipe with the limiting spacer connected to the second inlet of the additional three-way valve. At that the main and additional three-way valves in the periods of batching and return of the bitumen into the working cauldron are commutated synchronously and in-phase, and the bitumen pouring into the working cauldron from the return bitumen duct is exercised through the stabilizing discharge device minimizing the oxidation process.

EFFECT: the invention ensures conservation of the quality of the bitumen in the hot working cauldron at preparation of the bituminous concrete mixtures.
