FIELD: motor road building, particularly hot bituminous concrete mixture production.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises working boiler with intake and return pipes, heating members, lower and upper pouring tray parts, limiting mesh partition and damping cylindrical float. Lower pouring tray part is connected to return pipe end and extends at small angle to vertical line. Lower pouring tray part rests upon working boiler bottom. Upper pouring tray part having greater diameter is installed on lower one so that upper pouring tray part bottom faces upwards and provides effective cross-section along the full length thereof. Limiting mesh partition is installed at upper pouring tray part across working boiler to minimize local bitumen discharge space. The mesh partition includes two mesh layers secured to side guiding means. Outer guiding means surfaces conform to working boiler sides. Guiding means have vertical inner surfaces. Damping cylindrical float is arranged between mesh layers and inner guiding means sides so that float may freely move in vertical direction as bitumen level changes in working boiler. Limiting partition height exceeds value of maximal bitumen level change in working boiler. Lower and upper spacing bars are inserted in lower and upper ends of side guiding means correspondingly. The lower and upper spacing bars increase structure stiffness and prevent float withdrawal.
EFFECT: possibility to minimize bitumen aging in working boiler due to possibility to retain oxide film on major surface thereof and elimination of hot bitumen sputtering as bitumen is discharged from return pipe during bitumen pump operation.
