FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring bicaret content in polycomponent biological fluids like blood plasma or urine. The blood plasma or urine samples are treated with organic extractive agent. Chloroform solution of internal standard is added to dry residue after having evaporated the extract. Bicaret homologue is used as the internal standard like 2,4,6,8-tetraethyl-2,4,6,8-tetraasabicyclo[3.3.0]octandione-3,7) taken in albicar-internal standard proportions equal to 1:3, 2:3, 3:3, 3:2, 3:1. The produced solution is analyzed by applying liquid chromatography method under the following temperature conditions: column temperature is equal to 185°, evaporator temperature is equal to 250°, detector temperature is equal to 220°. Albicar quantity is determined from relative Ki/s coefficient calculated from Ki/s = WsQi/WiQs, where Ws and Wi are internal standard and albicar peak area and Qi and Qs are albicar and internal standard mass quantities.

EFFECT: high accuracy in quantitative albicar concentration measurement in blood plasma and urine.
