FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves treating biological fluid sample under analysis like blood or urine with organic extracting agent after acidification to pH=1 to extract the substance under study. Phenosan acid containing in dry residue after having evaporated the extract is transferred to methyl ether to which dodecane solution is added as internal standard. The produced solution is analyzed using chromatography - mass spectrometry method in the following temperature mode. Initial column temperature is equal to 75°C, it is supported unchanged for 2 min after introducing sample. Then, it is increased to 280°C at a rate of 50 grades/min and kept constant to the end of the program. Phenosan acid concentration is determined by means of preliminarily built calibration plot.

EFFECT: high accuracy of the method.
