FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring bicaret content in polycomponent biological fluids like blood plasma or urine. The blood plasma or urine samples are treated with organic extractive agent. Chloroform solution of internal standard is added to dry residue after having evaporated the extract. Bicaret homologue is used as the internal standard like albicar-(2,6-dimethylo-4,8-diethyl-2,4,6,8-tetraasabicyclo[3.3.0]octandione-3,7). The produced solution is used analyzed by applying liquid chromatography method under the following temperature conditions: column temperature is equal to 185°, evaporator temperature is equal to 280°, detector temperature is equal to 220°. Bicaret concentration is determined from relative bicaret calibration coefficient value according to the internal standard.
EFFECT: high accuracy in studying bicaret metabolism characteristics.
