FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out clinical examination, survey X-ray examination of the abdominal cavity and decompression treatment. The survey X-ray examination of the abdominal cavity is carried out twice before and after the decompression treatment applied for 6 h. Area taken by gas above the liquid level on both X-ray pictures. When observing reduction of area taken by gas above the liquid level with respect to primary gas area more than by 30%, I stage is to be diagnosed and destruction resolution outcome is predicted. Gas area reducing less than by 30%, II stage is to be diagnosed and persistent destruction clinical course is predicted. Gas area increasing, III stage is to be diagnosed and progressive destruction aggravation is predicted. Shchetkin-Bluemberg symptom being positive, IV stage is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: enhanced objectiveness in evaluating treatment effectiveness and selecting treatment method.
