FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to diagnostics, including surgical diagnostics. Method includes laser Doppler flowmetry involving application of laser analyser of blood flow onto Guan Yuan point. Microcirculation index is determined. For arithmetic mean microcirculation index (M) of 8.0 perfusion units or higher, small intestine microcirculation is considered normal. For M within 6.0 to 7.99 perfusion units, medium microcirculation disorders are diagnosed. For M within 3.0 to 5.99 perfusion units, grave microcirculation disorders are diagnosed. For M within 0 to 2.99 perfusion units, microcirculation stasis in small intestine is diagnosed.
EFFECT: non-invasive examination of small intestine microcirculation for patients with acute surgical diseases of abdominal organs.
