FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: brake can be used as aid for stopping transportation trolleys. Brake has holder. Spring and fixing aid. Fixing aid is made in form of plates with grooves and holes to admit free pass. Plates are disposed at both sides of wheel. Pedals are disposed at both sides of plates that are connected with rocking arm and post by means of axes. Post is connected with holder. Grooves are made profiled and they are capable of interaction with response hexahedral bushings of wheel. Wheel at braked position is fixed tightly and is free of slippage.
EFFECT: simplified design; simple at use.
