FIELD: movable or stationary platforms for briquetting scrap metal or garbage in order to reduce initial volume of materials for their transportation, storage or processing.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes lower plate, struts, axles, guides, stirrup and lever-handle. Apparatus is provided with four -link unit having cantilever and wheels and engaged with lever-handle; frame supporting block mechanism and mechanism in the form of lead screw-nut with handle. Block mechanism includes moving and stationary blocks. The last are joined with said screw-nut mechanism. Struts are mounted on lower plate and they have shaped grooves with catches for mounting axles of four-link chain. Lever-handle and cantilever are provided with stirrups and with shafts and through carbines they are joined with ropes of block mechanism.
EFFECT: improved mobility, simplified maintenance, enlarged possibilities for briquetting different materials.
