FIELD: invalid transportation equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has guiding supports and carriage, and is made in the form of handles mounted on invalid's wheel chair. Handles have poles for retaining of lever with toothed gears or spools on its edges. Toothed gears are positioned for cooperation with guiding supports formed as toothed racks. Spools are adapted for winding of cable thereon. Cable is equipped with catch for securing on story landing. Carriage is mounted on wheel chair for engagement with stair ramps.
EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to providing of simplified ascending and descending of wheel chair, which do not require applying of substantial force.
