SUBSTANCE: cyclone comprises housing, exhaust pipe, and receiver for solid particles. The cyclone additionally has special guiding grid with tangential slot passages, control diaphragm, and deflector for catching solid particles. The control diaphragm and deflector are made of separate trancated cones which are mounted coaxially inside the housing of the cyclone for permitting independent movement one with respect to the other along the axis of the housing of the cyclone.
EFFECT: reduced hydraulic drag and metal consumption.
