FIELD: engineering of hand portable electric tools.
SUBSTANCE: the extruder has a hollow handle with a casing provided with a hopper and a self-opening door for loading of it by granules of plastics, a head with an opening for discharge of melted plastics positioned on the end face of the casing, and an electric power source. The extruder is provided with an electromagnet with a coil of high-resistance wire positioned in the head, piston of a permanent magnet with a rod installed in the casing behind the hopper with a door, second electromagnet with a coil positioned behind the piston, pushing spring acting on the rod stop, and a sleeve closing the end of the casing. A lever with a pusher linked with the selector switch of electric current direction of motion are installed on the same pivot. Used as a powder supply source is a storage battery or a rectifier with a step-down transformer coils via a selector switch.
EFFECT: expanded production potentialities of the extruder, enhanced production output, quality of the obtained products and safety of labor.
