SUBSTANCE: method involves studying the most informative immune status indices like phagocytic number, spontaneous monocyte NBT-test index, the number of natural killers CD16+CD56+, CD4+ T-helper number and level of low molecular weight circulating immune complexes. Diagnostic index F is calculated using a suggested formula. F value being greater than zero, adequate fetus immune response to antigen loading is considered to take place. If F<0, high risk of third pregnancy trimester gestosis development is to be predicted.

EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
