SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the development of gestosis in the second half of pregnancy: it is necessary to study total fraction of circulating immune complexes (CIC) and functional activity of monocytes in NBT-test, detect the quantity of serumal IgG and calculate discriminant function F1 by the following formula: F1=-0.0002xX1+0.058xX2+0.173xX3-5.156, where X1 - the value of stimulated NBT-test of monocytes, c.u.; X2 - the concentration of CIC (total fraction), c.u.; X3 - the quantity of serumal IgG, g/l and at F1 being above 0 women should be referred to the risk group on gestosis development. Application of the present innovation enables to detect laboratory immunological signs being characteristic for forming gestosis at preclinical stage that provides the chance to detect the risk groups of pregnant women on the development of the pathology in question in due time.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prediction.
