SUBSTANCE: patient's blood is analysed for the absolute concentration of CD57+B mm (X5) and CD4+CD25+Treg in mm³ (X4) phenotype cells, and the levels of spontaneous interleukin-6 in pg/ml (X3), interleukin-8 in pg/ml (X2) and interferon-y in pg/ml (X1) production. The analysis data are used to derive the discriminant functions: F1=0.0003×XI+0.0089×X2+0.0036×X3+0.0125×X4-0.0012×X5-2.197; F2=0.0018×XI+0.0243×X2+0.0096×X3+0.0235×X4-0.001×X5-7.876; F3=0.0234×XI+0.0372×X2+0.0227×X3+0.0561×X4-0.0067×X5-24.608; F4=0.0611×XI+0.0506×X2+0.0415×X3+0.0305×X4-0.0091×X5-63.225. The predicted patient's lifespan is evaluated by the greatest function where F1 corresponds to the lifespan more than 36 months, F2 - 22 to 36 months, F3 - 9 to 22 months, F4 - less than 9 months.

EFFECT: use of the method provides high-accuracy prediction of disease and possibility of the adequate therapy.
