FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital measuring equipment for measuring the monitored parameters of accumulator batteries and molecular energy storage apparatuses for various purposes. Substance: the apparatus for monitoring the actual capacity of accumulator batteries and molecular energy storage apparatuses and controlling the charge thereof comprises a digital generator of infra-low frequency sinusoidal current with an infra-low frequency channel, a charging and discharging apparatus connected with the accumulator battery. The digital generator of infra-low frequency sinusoidal current is connected via the accumulator battery to the input of a monitoring and control apparatus, the outputs whereof are connected to the digital generator of infra-low frequency sinusoidal current and to the charging and discharging apparatus. An ultra-low frequency channel is introduced to the digital generator of infra-low frequency sinusoidal current. The outputs of the monitoring and control apparatus are linked through switches with the inputs of the digital generator of infra-low frequency sinusoidal current and the charging and discharging apparatus, the output of the ultra-low frequency channel of the generator of infra-low frequency digital sinusoidal current and the output of the charging and discharging apparatus are connected through switches to the inputs of the molecular energy storage apparatus, the output whereof is connected to the input of the monitoring and control apparatus through a switch.

EFFECT: possibility of diagnosing both the accumulator battery and the molecular energy storage apparatus is provided.
