FIELD: mechanical engineering; vibration insulation of technological equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed spring-type vibration isolator with pendulum suspension has compression spring engageable with body base and pendulum suspension. Pendulum suspension is made in form of threaded stud whose one end is connected with bearing lever for attachment of object to be vibration insulated and other end is connected with thrust washer and nut connected in its turn with bush engageable with upper end face of compression spring. Lower end face of compression spring rests against base consisting of upper and lower plates interconnected by vertical plates. Bush made from friction composite material is secured on upper plate. Clearance between lateral surfaces of bush and compression spring lie in optimal interval of 0.1-0.5 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vibration insulation in resonance mode; simplified construction; ease in mounting.
