FIELD: electro-mechanical engineering, in particular, engineering of constructive cooling elements for cooling winding of rotor of salient-pole electric machine.
SUBSTANCE: rotor contains cores of poles with winding coil held on them, in coils of which ventilation channels are made, and spreader wedges mounted along internal perimeter between coils and cores, forming vertical chambers, connected to ventilation channels, chambers are made communicating by means of transverse channels, distributed along height of spreader wedges and positioned in planes of wedges, directed towards coil or towards core, and directed one towards another planes of wedges, and positioned with inclination, while channels in spreader wedges are made on surfaces of wedges, directed towards the coil in through manner along longitudinal axis of wedges in form of slit and positioned with enveloping by longitudinal plane of channel of transverse channels, positioned in adjacent coils of winding.
EFFECT: improved cooling of excitation winding due to more intensive longitudinal circulation of cooling air between coil and core and evening out of flow of cooling air along perimeter of coil.
