FIELD: medicine, juvenile neurology.
SUBSTANCE: one should evaluate the values of cerebral hemodynamics in arterial and venous pathways due to ultrasound dopplerography. Moreover, it is necessary to detect resistance index in anterior cerebral artery and average circulatory rate in great cerebral vein in 1-mo-aged babies and then, after carried out standard medicinal therapy in 3-mo-aged ones. At decreased resistance index up to 0.74 and less and increased average circulatory rate up to 11.2 cm/sec and less in 3-mo-aged babies one should evaluate therapy to be efficient, and at the absence of decreased resistance index up to 0.74 and less and/or increased average circulatory rate being above 11.2 cm/sec - therapy should be considered to be ineffective. The innovation widens the number of diagnostic means to evaluate therapeutic efficiency in children with perinatal cerebral lesions in early reconstructive period.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
