FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of wind power plants and it can be used to lift water from wells. Proposed wind plant contains wind vane on which base is hinge-mounted for rotation relative to horizontal axle, and device secured on mast to take up wind flow. Mast is installed in vertical hinge joint. Mast return mechanism is mounted on its lower end as well as front and rear limiters of rotary base horizontal travel. Rotary lever is secured to device on mast which takes up wind flow higher than vertical hinge joint. Rotary lever stops are mounted on wind vane from side of mast rotary lever in sector between front and rear horizontal travel limiters. Return mechanism is made in form of spring-loaded pulley.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability of plant.
