FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for power generation in regions far from electric mains. Proposed wind plant has rotary vertical support with fitted-on at least one device for taking wind flow, reduction gear and generator. Wind flow taking device has two blades two blades rigidly intercoupled and mounted on one horizontal rotary axle at different sides of vertical support of wind plant. Blades of one device are mounted at angle of 85-95° relative to each other and each following device is mounted on vertical support at angle of 90° relative to the other, each device being furnished with turn limiter. Turn limiter of wind flow taking device is rigidly mounted on axle of each device, being contact-coupled with vertical support of wind plant.
EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency, simplified design of wind plant.
