FIELD: technological processes where directed shock waves of high and super-high pressures are used.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes coaxial positioning of electrodes having supply and outlet channels, connecting them by electric contact provided with bursting element in form of flat foil ring which is located on dielectric body plane in form of plate. This plate has hole where electrode with supply channel is fitted; supply channel is connected with central part of ring; periphery part is connected with end face of electrode having output channel. Second electrode has coaxial non-closed cavity whose curvilinear surface is made in form of truncated body of revolution of function similar to "LOCON ANIJESY" function and outlet channel is made in form of Laval nozzle. Flow of gas flowing in succession through supply channel of electrode, cavity bounded by plane of mechanically strong dielectric plate and inner surface of electrode provided with outlet channel and outlet channel proper is formed by means of external source. Plate and electrode are rigidly and mechanically interconnected. Thus, electric burst of ring takes place forming high-pressure shock wave.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
