FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device contains annular and central co-axial high-voltage electrodes with insulator between them and guiding nozzle. Central electrode is implemented in the form of two hollow co-axial located cylinders. Internal cylinder is implemented with ability of axial movement relative to external diametre. In cavity of internal cylinder co-axial to it is located guide bar, at the end of which is metallic clamping element of collet type allowing in top part resilient members in the form of blades. At the end of internal cylinder it is alighting socket in the form of cone for placement of clamping. Internal cylinder is installed in opening implemented in foil, and external diametre of internal cylinder is equal to diametre of this opening. Blades of clamping element are located over surface of foil at movement of internal cylinder and guide bar downwards, and diametre of clamping element is equal to external diametre of external cylinder at the moment of pressing of blades to foil. According to the second version of implementation of the device in guide bar of central electrode it is co-axial opening, in which it is located spoke with bursting open at the end, forming surface of which is located on internal surfaces of blades of clamping element. Blades of clamping element are located over surface of foil at movement of inner cylinder, guide bar and spoke with strutting cone downwards.
EFFECT: high quality of coating ensured by creation of conditions for quasihomogeneous electric blasting of foil.
