FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: nozzle in facility corresponds to Laval nozzle with external face. The central high-voltage electrode is made as a rod with a through coaxial channel. The external high-voltage electrode is made as a hollow cylinder with internal face on the end. An additional high-voltage electrode is made as a ring with periphery part in form of a truncated cone and symmetrically secured on its surface rods with through coaxial channels. A mechanically sturdy di-electric cylinder has through openings for arrangement of rods of the additional high-voltage electrode; the openings are symmetrically arranged relative to main axis of the di-electric cylinder. Profile and dimensions of the end of the cylinder are identical to profile and dimensions of explosive foil made in form of a flat ring with a truncated cone. Surface of the external face of the Laval nozzle, the periphery part of the truncated cone of explosive foil and surface of the internal face of the external high-voltage electrode are conjugated. The through channels of the central high-voltage electrode and rods of the additional high-voltage electrode are designed for supply of gas into a cavity of the Laval nozzle.
EFFECT: increased uniformity and improved quality of applied coating.
