SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical and medical instrumentation, namely to the field of chemical analysis of biological materials, and can be used in the study of liquid biological and medical samples, in the express diagnosis of diseases as part of biochips or laboratories-on-a-chip, in laboratory and field conditions. In the method, the process of selective binding of marker proteins is carried out in the flow of the biological fluid under study in a microfluidic biochip system containing planar cells with immobilized biological ligands. After passing the biological fluid through the microfluidic system of the biochip, it is washed with a biological buffer solution. Then the biochip is illuminated with ultraviolet radiation and the integral intensity of the luminous flux emitted by the phosphor is measured. The device contains a photodetector device in the form of a video sensor with a photosensitive matrix and a biochip associated with it. A biochip is a multilayer device containing a glass substrate and a microfluidic system located on it.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the speed of analysis, simplify it, miniaturize it and provide the possibility of automation, as well as increase the reliability and rigidity of the structure.
