FIELD: ecological purificationof the atmospheric air.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ecological purificationof the atmospheric air on the basis of electrophysical methods of control over the atmospheric processes. The system of purificationof the atmospheric air, besides the blocks of the tools of the remote ground probing, the air and the ground means of the ecological purification of the air and the control units, additionally contains: at least one unit of the active action on the atmosphere allowing to destroy the inverse layer promoting the harmful impurities concentration in the atmosphere; the block of the analysis of the monitoring and-or prognostic information on the ecological conditions; the block of correction, in which the dynamic characteristics of the ecological conditions are indicated, for example, the concentrations of the different harmful impurities, their dynamics. The indicated blocks are connected among themselves by the telecommunication channels of control and data transmission. The invention allows to reduce effectively the concentration of the harmful impurities in the atmosphere, first of all, in the settlements and places of arrangement of the harmful industrial{commercial} productions contaminating the atmospheric air; operatively, practically in the real time to take measures for the ecological purification of the atmospheric air; to reduce costs of the conducted prophylactic measures and the works dealt with the ecological purification of the atmospheric air.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the effective reduction of the harmful impurities concentration in the atmosphere over the settlements and the harmful industrial enterprises; operatively, in the real time to take measures for the ecological purification of the atmospheric air; reduction of the costs of the conducted prophylactic measures and the works dealt with the ecological purification of the atmospheric air.
