FIELD: chemical industry; methods of reprocessing of the powders into the fine-combined powders.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the double-base powders, which may be used for charging the cartridges to the small arms and pistol systems. The invention offers the method of reprocessing of the double-base powder into the fins-combined powder including production of the powder components with dimensions of 0.2-0.7 mm, the preliminary drying up to the humidity of 2-15 %, treatment of the surface of the powder components at stirring action within 30-60 minutes by sulfates of the alkaline or the alkali-earth metals in amount of 0.2-1.0 % to the mass of the powder, roll milling of powder components on the plates of 0.05-0.18 mm thick at the temperature of 15-55°C, the fractionation, the final drying up to the humidity of 0.8-1.0 % and the averaging of the physicochemical characteristics by mixing. The invention allows to raise completeness of the charge burning, to reduce the quantity of the solid residue at a shot, to reduce the flame-formation and the smoke-formation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased completeness of the charge burning, reduction of the after-burning solid residue at a shot, reduction of the flame-formation and the smoke-formation at a shot.
