FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dibasic gunpowder production area and can be used to equip shooting arm and pistol systems with cartridges. Processing of gunpowder into finely blended gunpowder comprises preparing powder elements 0.2-0.7 mm in size, preliminary drying, treating powder elements with sodium sulfate at stirring, rolling powder elements into plates 0.05-0.18 mm thick, polishing plates in drum within medium consisting of water, graphite, and sodium sulfate (the latter being preserved in free state after rolling), final drying, and equalizing physicochemical characteristics by stirring.
EFFECT: improved looseness of gunpowder, increased charge combustion fullness, and reduced flame manifestation and fuming.
