FIELD: pharmaceutical technology, antibiotics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for isolation and purification of the substance tobramycin base. Method involves using the preliminary prepared cultural liquid that is subjected to the profound acid treatment and the following neutralization. Liquid is subjected for interaction with sorbent KB-2 in sorption-pulsating column fitted with KRIMZ headpieces, pulsator and air lift under the definite parameters of pulsation. Invention provides preparing the substance of tobramycin base with the low content of impurities, enhancing yield of the end product and reducing period in the process carrying out.
EFFECT: improved isolating and purifying method.
