SUBSTANCE: bitter liqueur comprises components in their following content per 1000 dal of ready product: natural honey, 9.5-10.5 kg; sea-buckthorn fruits juice of the first and the second decantation, 308.5-309.5 l; wild rose fruits juice of the second and the second decantation, 224.5-225.5 l; star anise aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second decantation, 16.5-17.5 l; common balm aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second decantation, 10.0-11.0 l; linden flowers aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second infusion, 7.5-8.5 l; holy-grass aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second decantation, 15.5-16.5 l; matricary aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first decantation, 6.5-7.5 l; oak bark aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second decantation, 5.0-6.0 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 91.5-92.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. The proposed invention allows enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product, its tasting score is 9.73. The liqueur shows light-yellow color, pretty and gently hot taste, complex and favorable aroma with light secretion of clove aroma. The cost of product is decreased by 0.2 ruble/bottle.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of liqueur.
